*Upon being asked if she was looking forward to my special homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza for dinner that night:  "No.  It spices my tongue."


*Showing me the above photo of cupcakes from the "Hello, Cupcake" cookbook:   "Sometimes you see healthy cupcakes in here."

*After much effort trying to understand what she was saying (and a little translation help from Rachael), I figured out that she was asking for her "poem holders," by which she meant "envelopes."

 *And this is how we got Cooper's White Rabbit costume on:  Miriam as distraction, with treat in hand.
